Some of the apartments at Residence Ghiacci Vecchi have been carefully restored from the original farmhouses of a historic Maremma estate, while others have been newly built within the large 80,000 m² garden, which also hosts two swimming pools, playgrounds, and sports and leisure facilities for both children and adults.
