PARKING
There is a very large parking lot inside the property, available to all guests.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay by credit card, cash, Satispay and bank transfer. In case of payment of the balance by bank transfer, we remind our guests that the transfer must be credited by the day of check-in, otherwise it will not be accepted as a valid payment method.
INVOICE
You can request a VAT invoice. You must request the invoice before making the payment. In the absence of a written request, we will issue a standard receipt, after which it will no longer be possible to issue a VAT invoice.
AIR CONDITIONING
All our apartments are equipped with air conditioning. This service is never included in the price, whether the reservation is made directly or on other platforms (booking.com, expedia, airbnb, etc.). The daily costs of air conditioning are the following ones:
Studios, €6.00
Two-room apartments, €8.00
Three-room and four-room apartments, €10.00
In the apartments located in the large farmhouse, air conditioning is only available from 06/06 to 05/09.
We cannot guarantee that the apartments will be ready before 5:00 pm. If you arrive before this time, please contact the reception to check if your apartment is ready. If the accommodation is available before 5:00 pm, we will be happy to check you in, at no additional cost. If your apartment is not ready, you can park and go and relax by the pool or in the garden. Please note that the reception is always closed from 12:30 to 02:30 p.m.
The apartments must be vacated by 9:30 am, but you can stay in the property for the rest of the morning and take advantage of it for a last dip in the pool. Please contact reception to receive a pass.
Of course, just remember to contact the reception the day before departure.
We are 2.5 km from the beach of Parco di Rimigliano.
If you have chosen a non-refundable rate, you must pay the balance when you make your reservation. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer and Satispay.
If you have chosen a flexible rate, you must pay the remaining balance upon arrival, when you check in. You can pay your balance by cash, credit card, bank transfer and Satispay. Remember that if you prefer to use the bank transfer for your balance, this must be credited by the day of check-in, otherwise we will not be able to accept it.
Rimigliano beach is the closest and is 2.5 km away. You can go by car and park along the road. There are both paid and free parking lots. It is also possible to go by bike, since the park is bordered by a cycle path and crossed by numerous paths. However, remember that a part of the route (about 1.5 km) is not covered by a cycle path.
Ghiacci Vecchi is located in the countryside and is located near the Rimigliano Natural Park. Furthermore, the property itself is surrounded by a very large park, full of trees, flowers and vegetation of all kinds. It is therefore normal to see a squirrel jumping from one tree to another, but also lizards and geckos basking in the sun, woodpeckers and hoopoes flying, together with birds of all kinds, hares, field mice, frogs, insects of all kinds and much more.
Depending on the weather, the number of mosquitoes can be very small. However, in order to protect yourself from mosquitoes and spend a pleasant evening outdoors, we recommend that you equip yourself with protective spray as well as devices.
No, our accommodations are not equipped with mosquito nets.
There is no shuttle to the beach but it can be reached by car.
