Cancellation policies

We wish to remind you that your chosen cancellation policies will apply. We recommend booking a free cancellation option in case your travel plans need to change.

Free cancellation

Free cancellation up to 15 days before your check-in date; credit card is requested as guarantee. Within this period, a down payment equal to 30% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer, credit card or Satispay. For cancellations occurred after the expiry of the fifteen – day period, the down payment will be withheld. The balance will be paid upon check-in.

Non – refundable rate

You have up to 7 days to pay your balance by bank transfer, credit card or Satispay. Remember that in case of cancellation after that date or no-show at the facility, you will not be refunded the amount of the reservation.
